In addition to traditional Swedish biscuits, the range also consists of cookies, gingerbread, punch rolls and chocolate balls.
We are a flexible and customer oriented company that works closely together with our customers in order to meet their requirements. Our products are available in several markets under our own brand, but predominantly under private-label. Export accounts for 80% of our total sales.
With our high-quality products, knowledge and flexibility, we serve as a strong partner in longterm partnerships. We are certified in accordance with IFS, RSPO, and Rainforest Alliance and prepared for organic production.
The Swedish Tradition of Fika
Fika is a social institution in Sweden. It means having a break - usually a coffee break - with colleagues, friends or family. It almost always includes something to eat, such as cookies or cakes accompanied with a beverage. This practice of taking a break, typically with some biscuits or cookies, is central to Swedish life and culture.
Quality and Environment
For us at Delibake is health, quality and the environment important and a natural part of the daily operations. Our biscuits, cookies, rolls, and other products should always maintain a high and consistent quality and be made of the best ingredients.
Palm Oil
All palm oil that we use in our production is certified according to RSPO's criteria. We use as much as possible segregated palm oil, which is a higher level of certification (www.rspo.org).
Preservative
We only use preservatives in our unbaked products such as pastries as we believe that it’s necessary to ensure the food safety.
IFS
Delibake is certified according to the German IFS standard for food safety.
HACCP
Delibake works according to the international HACCP-method which is designed to ensure product safety in food handling.
